Dilution guidelines :

Aromatherapy: Add 4-6 drops of essential oil per 100ml of water in a diffuser.

Skincare: Add 2-4 drops of essential oil per 10ml of carrier oil/emulsion/cream (based on essential oil concentration of 1%-2%)

Massage: Add 5-10 drops of essential oil per 10ml of carrier oil (based on essential oil concentration of 3%-5%)
