Shipping, Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation Prior to Shipment

If you cancel your order before it ships from our warehouse, you will not be charged any additional fees. Please submit your cancellation request via email to [email protected].

To ensure successful cancellation, we recommend you submit the request within 12 hours of your order placement. Once received, we will initiate a full refund.

Return Policy

Returns are only eligible under the following conditions:

  • Failed Delivery
  • Wrong Delivery
  • Damaged Items during Delivery

Only products purchased directly from https://resense.com.my are eligible for return. Items bought through third-party sellers must follow their respective return policies.

Return Conditions:

  • Incorrect Item: Wrong item, size, color, or missing components.
  • Damaged Item: Items that are defective or damaged upon receipt. Refurbished, modified, or tampered items are not eligible.

Return Requirements:

  • Items must be shipped back to us within 7 working days from the date of receipt (with shipping proof).
  • Proof of purchase (invoice/order number) must be provided.
  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all accessories and free gifts intact.
  • Items must be well packed to avoid further damage during the return process.

Note: Change of mind is not accepted. We reserve the right to reject unreasonable cancellation or refund requests.

Refund Policy

Full refunds will be issued once we receive and inspect the returned items at our return center. Refunds will be processed based on your original payment method:

  • Online Bank Transfer: Refunded to your bank account within 3–5 working days.
  • Credit Card: Processed via your issuing bank (duration subject to bank policies).

Shipping Policy

Shipping Address

We ship only to the billing or shipping address provided at checkout. Please ensure your address and contact number are accurate. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

Re-delivery charges will apply for failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses.

Change in Shipping Address

To request a change in shipping address, please email us at [email protected] within 12 hours of placing your order.

Requests after 24 hours may incur additional charges.

Shipping Time

Orders typically arrive within 2–5 working days (Monday to Friday). Deliveries are made during business hours (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM).

Tracking Number

Once your item is picked up by our shipping partner, a tracking number will be provided via email or SMS.

For digital services or products, confirmations will also be sent via email or mobile notifications.
